The whole place was fairly clean. the staff were courteous. - We got a newly renovated and large room. - Our accommodation was set in a central location close to Fayette Mall, Keeneland, downtown, and the bars. - It was good to be only 1 mile away from a McDonald's serving short orders.

Convenient location for the event I attended.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

I enjoyed the coffee and muffins at the bar, while the rooms were spacious with two very comfortable beds.

My dog and I really enjoyed being there. A double room with 2 beds was the best. The location was magnificent, close to other places. I stopped by Starbucks for coffee and treats, it was relatively close to the hotel.

The whole hotel was dirty, things broken, smashed in, old furniture, holes in doors, linoleum rolling up away from tub, toilet that doesn't flush well, people everywhere oit's idea of room smoking, staff that were not much help, grab n go breakfast is a joke.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel in a great location near ball fields. Variety of breakfast options available. Conveniently close to Fayette Mall, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Comfortable hotel in a nice area off Lexington. Convenient location, within easy walking distance to everything we needed. Room was pet-friendly and equipped with a fridge, double beds, newer dressers, and safety features like smoke detectors.

The room was brand-new and extremely pleasant, with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a fridge. Bathtubs in the private bathroom were a plus. Comfortable and magnificent location, just next door to restaurants and ball fields.

Rates at all area hotels were inflated due to Keeneland, this was a great value and just a few miles to Keeneland and downtown.

They need to replace the carpet and pillows, beds were not comfortable, and our kitchen didn't have any utensils or cups. The rooms just need an update.

Reservations were made 3 to 4 wks in advance. checked in early yet we were on the third floor on the back side . Glass was inh the carpet.

our recent stay at a hotel in lexington for a wedding ceremony was incredible. extended stay exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. everything went smoothly and it made our trip memorable.

The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge. The hotel is in a great location next to downtown and the surrounding grounds. We enjoyed dining at Papa John's Pizza, which is a short distance from the venue.

The location was very good and convenient to everything.

The room was outdated and not very clean. There were bugs in the room. The towels and sheets appeared old and/or not clean. There were no amenites in the room (hair dryer, coffee maker, utinsels, etc.).
